彰化警局18日在花壇鄉農會舉辦防搶演練，讓當時在場的一名洪姓職員勾起「傷心事」。原來，他在農會任職26年間，就和搶匪交鋒過3次，最早一次是在民國83年，下班途中遇到歹徒搶包包；事隔10年，他去監理站代收稅款又遇上搶匪連開8槍奪661萬元，去年甚至被做為人質慘遭電擊，也因此自嘲是「最倒楣行員」。

據了解，50歲的洪男於民國93年擔任農會口庄分部出納員時，某日下班後，背著包包準備辦理點交；沒想到才剛打開大門，竟出現一名持槍歹徒，左腳踝還插著刀打算行搶；情急之下，他只好把包包交給對方，嫌犯隨即逃逸無蹤，所幸當時包內只有空白支票跟傳票，且他本人也沒受傷，並無造成太大損失。

事隔10年後，洪男擔任會務部總務，和2名同事去監理站代收稅款，不料一走出門，就遭到2名搶匪埋伏，甚至手持制式90手槍連開8槍，不僅收來的661萬元全被搶走，同事的左大腿還遭到槍擊，嚇得他當場愣在原地，而犯嫌隨即坐上接應的機車逃逸。

沒想到厄運還沒結束，洪男去年剛調回彰化花壇總會任職，竟於同年1月底遇上持瓦斯槍和電擊棒行搶的賴姓男子，當時他還為了營救一名老婦人，還自願與對方交換，充當歹徒的人質，最後甚至慘遭電擊；所幸賴男搶走40萬元後，隨即在門口遭警方借款制伏。

在農會工作26年就被搶了3次，因此警方18日舉辦防搶演練時，雖然知道只房屋貸款率利最低銀行2017是演習，但仍讓洪男心有餘悸；他表示，自己在「花壇分駐所做3次筆錄，去員林地方法院開庭開3次」，沒有人比他更多了，還因此自嘲是「最倒楣行員」；不過他也坦言，至今心中都還有陰影，只希望往後日子能平安度過。
